Conecta Chronos

Conecta Chronos is an educational game that utilizes an interactive quiz format with 3D animations and narration to showcase the processes that led to the emergence of life as we know it. The game was developed as a master’s project for a student from UFMG (Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais), who closely monitored the entire development process and provided the necessary scientific support. During the game, players go through three random animations from various available ones, depicting everything from the formation of the Earth to the emergence of the first humans, and based on the information presented, they must answer questions correctly at the end of each event. In this project, I was responsible for almost the entire development process, handling all game design and programming key systems in Unity, also using scriptable objects for information control and data storage. I was also responsible for creating and implementing 3D assets, animations, shaders, particle effects, and lighting. After completion, the project was showcased at the Espaço do Conhecimento, a museum at UFMG, and was available to the public for a period.
